General Information
- All oral, flash talk, and poster presentations must be conducted in English.
Presentation Format
- Presentation files must be in PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF format.
- If your presentation includes a video, please embed it directly into your PowerPoint file and upload it in .ppt or .pptx format.
- A 16:9 aspect ratio is recommended.
File Submission
- Please upload your presentation file to the Dropbox link below by June 20.
- When saving your file, please name it using your session code followed by your full name.
- Example: PL-01_R Andersen, SS-I-01_MK Shin, SO-I-01_P Knotek
Preview Room Notice for Oral Presenters
- All oral presenters are required to check their presentation files in the Preview Room at least 3 hours prior to their scheduled session.
- Font issues or video playback errors may occur depending on the computer specifications, so it is essential to review your materials in advance.

Time Allocation

- For the flash talk, presenters may use their poster in PPT format without any modifications. However, to improve readability, we recommend preparing a PowerPoint file of maximum 10 pages or less. After the talks, presenters should remain at their posters for the Q&A session.
A session chair will provide time warnings during presentations.
